How we'll work together

We’ll dive into a free 30 minute discovery call, chatting about your business goals, the roadblocks you’re hitting, and how I can help you smash through them. It’s about getting clear on what you need and seeing if we’re a perfect fit to make your vision a reality.

You’ll find everything you need to know about this phase on our shared Notion board, and this is where we gather your assets and get an idea of the aesthetic we're aiming for. You can see how I'm tracking with progress, as this is updated during our time together.

Preparation
I'll deliver you a first draft of your design to feed back on. Due to the tight turnaround, I offer one round of feedback, so make sure you get all your thoughts in! Although more rounds can be purchased, this will also push back your delivery date.

LAUNCH
Launch
You'll need to provide your own images for the website. We'll gIve you guidance in our shared Notion board for the type of images we need, and also where you can find aesthetic, high quality stock imagery.
What's the process with images?
If we start on a Monday, and all feedback from you is delivered when requested, your project will be delivered by COB Friday - so just one week! For a custom website, it will take between 2-4 weeks.
HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?
Yes, for whatever website builder we choose for you, you'll need to pay for your website subscription fee, and any other ongoing costs we agree to using. You can pay monthly or on an annual basis.
ARE THERE ONGOING COSTS?
We require a 50% non refundable downpayment. Upon your approval of the final deliverables, we require the final 50% payment before we transfer the deliverables to you.
Do you have payment plans?
For most projects, there's a tight turnaround (not many designers will offer a complete package in one week), we offer one round of revisions for both copy and design of the website, and two for branding. If we fall outside of this revision timeline, the delivery date will be pushed back.
HOW MANY REVISIONS DO I GET?
We design and build websites on Squarespace, Wix, and Showit for standard sites, and Shopify for e-commerce. Each platform offers unique features, so we'll work together to choose the one that best fits your needs and goals.
